While executing the tf-a-tests, a panic is observed in EL3.  This is

mem_protect is used during the system_reset2 PSCI call.  It writes to
nor flash and it causes page translation fault.  This is a hack to
remove the mem_protect feature and it should be reverted after a proper
fix is made.

xtest cannot be used as the prebuilt linux kernel in the debian
image doesn't have the ff-a driver enabled. Hence, don't build it.

Update default config for docs so that public RTD can successfuly
render the documentation for public releases.
This update is enforced by the recent change made on public RTD
to deprecate the use of build.image config key (not used in TC docs)
and enforce the use of build.os config key instead (now mandatory for
all projects, since Oct 16, 2023).

Patching TF-A to include IRQ numbers and names for SMMU-700 node in
the Total Compute's device tree.

Removing TF-A patches that disabled SMMU-700's use by the GPU. This
change depends on changes in the Linux kernel tree that adds support
for SMMUv3 by the GPU.

Linux configuration update to enable `CONFIG_ARM_SMMU_V3_PKVM`
in `files/kernel/tc2/pkvm.cfg`. This change relies on updated
Linux kernel that provisions GPU and DPU to be used with Arm
SMMU-700. Note that this will also require an updated FVP to
be used.
