The document previously stated that the command was to build for Busybox
boot but the command was actually for uefi. Corrected the command to
build for Busybox boot.

Also added a line to clearly specify how to boot the system after
building.

Add documentation that describes the RAS support in CMN Cyprus (CMN S3).
It also outlines the SW support added to enable CMN Kernel first
handling on RD-V3-Cfg1 platform. It describes the how to write AEST ACPI
table and also provides steps to perform pseudo fault registers
supported error injection.

In the latest FVP models, SVE support is integrated directly into the
CPU fast model. So the SVE plugin is no longer included in the model
package. Therefore, references to the SVE plugin parameters are being
removed from the documentation.

All reference design platforms support Low Power Idle (LPI).
Collaborative Processor Performance Control (CPPC) is supported on all
platforms except SGI-575, RD-N1-Edge, and RD-N1-Edge-X2. Updated the
platform documentation accordingly.

rdf_multi_chip.png and rdf_single_chip.png did not have draw.io meta
data in the png so could not easily be edited. So recreate diagrams in
draw.io and bundle in meta data.
