Platform/sgi: update platform document to reflect LPI and CPPC support 



All reference design platforms support Low Power Idle (LPI).
Collaborative Processor Performance Control (CPPC) is supported on all
platforms except SGI-575, RD-N1-Edge, and RD-N1-Edge-X2. Updated the
platform documentation accordingly.
