To avoid do_fetch failures when remote branches are deleted, use
nobranch=1 where possible to fetch the SRCREV directly. This applies to
edk2-test-parser and systemready-scripts.

The TF-M rd-n2-automotive BSP is based on a SHA on the development
branch. Use the same SHA for the scripts that are used to sign the RSS
images.

Building zephyr-helloworld as the SAFETY_ISLAND_IMAGE improves the SystemReady
IR ACS validation time because the Safety Island will not be exectuing any
instructions.

The HIPC tests have a timeout to terminate the tests if a problem occurs, but
the actual test duration is dependent on the performance of the host machine.
Increase the timeout scale factor of all 4 HIPC test sections to ensure the
tests do not time out on less powerful machines.

In the Zephyr client HIPC tests the client is being launched immediately after
the server. This means that the server may not have fully started before the
client sends its first packet (depending on the relative performance of the
Primary Compute and the Safety Island in the model). This has led to
intermittent UDP packet loss and TCP connection issues under test.

Fix this issue by waiting for the server to printed "Server listening..."
before attempting to start the client, in both the Zephyr UDP and TCP client
tests.

According to [1]:
shutdown
  -w, --wait
    Wait for the domain to complete shutdown before returning. If given once,
    the wait is for domain shutdown or domain death. If given multiple times,
    the wait is for domain death only.

For the Reference Stack Integration Tests we need to ensure that the domU is
completely "dead" when calling "/etc/init.d/domains stop" command.

Add instructions on how to reproduce the Heterogeneous Inter-processor
Communication use-case, which entails:

 * Accessing both the Primary Compute and the Safety Island terminals with
   telnet.
 * Pinging the Safety Island from the Primary Compute.
 * Pinging the Primary Compute from the Safety Island.
 * Stress testing the following connections:
   * Primary Compute as a UDP client, Safety Island as a UDP server.
   * Primary Compute as a TCP client, Safety Island as a UDP server.
   * Primary Compute as a UDP server, Safety Island as a UDP client.

On the Linux sender, the rpmsg_net_start_xmit function in the
rpmsg_net module needs to return an error code to notify the upper
layer when a transmission fails. This packet will be left in the
network queue for the next scheduling.

On the Zephyr receiver, when the network buffer is exhausted, the
RPMsg processing thread will be blocked until the network buffer
can be successfully allocated.

The HIPC test runs on the fvp-rd-n2-automotive FVP, the simulation
platform. The test results depend on the performance of the
workstation which runs the FVP.
So, to match more workstations with different performance, the
network bandwidth in test case is set to the minimum value of 100K.

Regexes that end in unbounded pattern matches (e.g. \d+) are problematic
with pexpect because they may match fewer characters than expected,
depending on the performance of the test host.

To fix this, ensure that all regex are terminated with one or more
explicit characters (e.g. \r\n).
