Have a single, more detailed, page containing all the instructions to
run the demo on an AVA and S32Z.

Remove the AVA target from the documentation, as it was an
intermediate step that is not supported anymore.

The launch file of interest is the Record/Replay Planner.

The actuation_demos package is a subset of the autoware_demos packages.
The param and config files are copied from there, and the launch file
is modified from there.

The waypoints were recorded using the Record/Replay Planner and provied
for the convenience of the user.
