The launch file of interest is the Record/Replay Planner.

The actuation_demos package is a subset of the autoware_demos packages.
The param and config files are copied from there, and the launch file
is modified from there.

The waypoints were recorded using the Record/Replay Planner and provied
for the convenience of the user.
