Make it also the default for buildroot. Networking can also

This change is to place RSS flash file to the flash memory compared to the dummy flash in earlier case.
RSS source code got updated to point to the real flash.

* srec_cat appends RSS flash file after the FIP image.

fip_gpt-tc.bin is the gpt image that has 4 partitions.
1. FIP_A
2. FIP_B
3. FWU-Metadata
4. Bkup-FWU-Metadata

These partitions are needed for the firmware update functionality.

When $AUTOMATE is true (-j true), boot.sh script parses the console with
a timeout of 7200 seconds (2 hours). Busybox boot generally doesn't take
2 hours to complete. Reduce the timeout to 5 minutes from 2 hours so
that when the busybox boot doesn't reach till the console prompt,
parsing waits for only 5 minutes before killing the model. This results
in better utilization of jenkins jobs.

Set unbuffered_output to true for SCP and MCP uart consoles. This will
write to the log file immediately instead of waiting for the model to
quit. This solves the partial scp and mcp logs issue when -j (AUTOMATE)
is set to true where the model is killed through SIGTERM signal when the
test is completed.

Disable use of multithreading for Distributed GIC Intergace (DGI)
transactions in GIC multichip use cases. This will dnable sending
multichip DGI messages in a separate thread. This patch affects
