check-sr-results.yaml: backport a couple of warnings

Backport a couple of additional warnings from IR v2.x:

- Warn about overlapping memory regions, from commit a647c612
  ("check-sr-results.yaml: warn on overlap").

- Fwts tests failures, from commit 7f40de90 ("check-sr-results: minor
  changes").
