Remove the bsp group from android specific sources. This prevents
android source code being needlessly downloaded by repo when not
building for android.

setup.

Adding TensorFlow to the tc2-ml.xml file for the sources
to be downloaded. TensorFlow Lite C++ libraries and the
example applications are meant to be built for Total
Compute targets.

* TF-M tests are auto-fetched during TF-M build if external test path is not provided
* Default fetch is properly maintained with compatible version of TF-M and TF-M tests
* Hence, removing TF-M tests as external repo to avoid the maintenance.
