ci: Rename pipeline jobs

Jobs will be run for various pipeline triggers as stated in the
workflows (like release branch, web UI, Merge Request). GitLab CI
pipeline visualization provides information whether it is run for MR or
not. Hence, removing prefix "MR" from the pipeline name.
