fix: make `superconfigure` toolchain the default

The `@ape` Zstandard binary is exhibiting bugs on MacOS and
with streaming `stdin` on multiple platforms.

Registering the `superconfigure` toolchain as default to see
if this fixes the issues. Eventually, we should be able to
relax back to `@ape`.
