ci: Add CAM building on fvp_baser_aemv8r_smp board 



Add CAM building on fvp_baser_aemv8r_smp board on GitLab CI:
* Add a Zephyr image based on Zephyr official docker image and install
  the Zephyr source code.
* Build CAM project on fvp_baser_aemv8r_smp board.
