arm-auto-solutions: Remove hipc use case

This commit removes the HIPC use case configuration as it is
now supported directly by the demos build. Consequently,
redundant configurations have been eliminated to streamline
the setup.

Additionally, the TEST_OVERALL_TIMEOUT has been increased to
2 hours, as virtualization demo builds may require extra time
to complete all test cases.
