yocto/kas: Patch meta-arm as a result of FVP logging change

The latest versions of the FVP now print their console ports in the
format:

INFO: FVP_RD_Aspen: terminal_uart: Listening for serial connection...

, with the terminal name no longer at the start of the line. Patch
meta-arm to fix this.
