rss: Set integrity checker ICDL_CHUNK_SIZE=4

Internal model parameter has been updated which requires RSS change. For
compatibility with current RSS downstream, hardcode the existing value
in the run_model.sh script.

Note this should be removed once the RSS has been updated.
