tools: smmute: More bind/unbind stress

Add two tests that:

1) Issue multiple bind() ioctls for the same mm/dev pair in parallel.
2) Bind multiple children and kill/unbind them. This is supposed to
   exercise a race between mm_exit() and unbind().
