* Restricted CROSS_COMPILE flag for gcc alone since this is not supported for armclang toolchain in RSS
* armclang is expected to be added in path as per TF-M documentation. Mentioned that in comments.

The decompression of the ramdisk is always done by the kernel
rather than u-boot. With this change the following warning is
no longer seen.

WARNING: 'compression' nodes for ramdisks are deprecated,
please fix your .its file!

See u-boot commit bddd985734653c366c8da073650930fb2e9b5003 for
the introduction of the warning and justification for always
setting ramdisk compression to none.

Also, remove a stray tab.

generate_metadata.py: remove metadata.bin if it already exits

While generating the metadata.bin, it is opened multiple times within
the script in the append mode.  Hence before generating a new
metadata.bin, the old file has to be deleted to avoid appending to it.

The libts will be the same for all the trusted services test
applications.  Hence it is not needed to copy it for every test
application.  This will copy the libts only for the last compiled test
application.

1. Changed the build environment from "hfsp-shim" to "sp" as the shim
   layer is no longer needed after the VHE is enabled.
2. The trusted services generates the binary in the name of the UUID.
   Hence, we change that to the secure partition name while copying it.
3. Added the version to the libts.so.

The linux kernel driver used for the trusted services is changed from
"arm-ffa-user" to "arm-ffa-tee".  The former uses the debugfs to
communicate with the userspace application, while the latter creates
a tee device node which will be used for the communication between
the kernel and userspace applications.

This gives a light weight way to copy files between the host and
target. This can be used with user networking on the fvp.

An example of its use:
On target # nc -l -p 5555 > hello.txt < /dev/null
On host   $ cat hello.txt | netcat localhost 5555
