development branch. This is different from the pinned version of the
manifest and allows updates on the development branch to be used.

This manifest file points to master branch on gitlab for a few
components. There might be untagged changes which have not yet been
fully verified and should be considered unstable until they

Manifest file includes dataplane-stack, DPDK and VPP repos.
The dataplane stack repo points to the gerrit repo to avoid
having to edit it during the development cycle. It will point
to the gitlab repo once the development is completed for the
release.
