This manifest file points to master branch on gitlab for a few
components. There might be untagged changes which have not yet been
fully verified and should be considered unstable until they
are tagged in an official release.

Manifest file includes dataplane-stack, DPDK and VPP repos.
The dataplane stack repo points to the gerrit repo to avoid
having to edit it during the development cycle. It will point
to the gitlab repo once the development is completed for the
release.

For the RD-INFRA-2021.04.30 release, update the RD-N2 and RD-N2-Cfg1
platform manifest. The only change in the manifest of both of these
platforms is the tag used, that is, tag is changed to
"RD-INFRA-2021.04.30".
