Update the docs for the AEMFVP-A-2024.07.02 release to describe
the architecture of the merged stacks and unify the documentation
across the stacks. Document the update of the following components

container-scripts has been updated to contain docker scripts
for both rme and non-rme stack this change will update

The FVP version has been updated to 11.22.17 for the RD-INFRA-2022.03.24
release of the RD-E1-Edge platform. This version of the FVP includes the
fix to allow linux distribution boot.

The RD-INFRA-2022.12.22 release adds support for the RD-N2-Cfg3 platform
which is a variant of the RD-N2 platform. In addition to this, platform
software for existing RD-N2, RD-N2-Cfg1, RD-N2-Cfg2 and RD-V2 is also
refreshed. There are few new features included in the release. Update
all this information in the platform documentation.

MPAM-resctrl is a feature by which Arm's MPAM memory system components
(MSCs) could configured by the existing resctrl framework. resctrl
provides a filesystem view of the MPAM MSCs present in the system.
Generic filesystem commands can be used to query capabilities of all
the MSCs, as well as modify resource control features of the MSCs that
could be changed.

In recent Arm reference design Fixed Virtual Platforms (FVP) the SoC
expansion block is moved to a new memory map from 0xC000_0000_0000 to
0x10_8000_0000. Update the mention of addresses in the doc accordingly.
