Update Docs for the AEMFVP-A-2024.07.02 Release

Update the docs for the AEMFVP-A-2024.07.02 release to describe
the architecture of the merged stacks and unify the documentation
across the stacks. Document the update of the following components

aemfvp-a

- Update Linux to version v6.9.5
- Update mbedtls to version v3.6.0
- Update TF-A to version v2.11.0
- Update EDK2 to version edk2-stable202405
- Update EDK-Platforms to adea4ad93c3664d879f951aea97a956c52e42ec1
- Changed manifest remote to relative path

aemfvp-a-rme

- Update Buildroot to version 2024.02.1
- Update aemfvp-a gitlab space to relative path
- Added default sync-s="true" to sync manifests
