aemfvp-a: add manifests for AEMFVP-A-2024.07.02 release

The AEMFVP-A-2024.07.02 release provides an integrated software stack
release for non-RME and RME enabled stack that is usable with the
AEMFVP-A fixed virtual platform. Updates in this release include

  - Update Linux to version v6.9.5
  - Update mbedtls to version v3.6.0
  - Update TF-A to version v2.11.0
  - Update EDK2 to version edk2-stable202405
  - Update EDK-Platforms to adea4ad93c3664d879f951aea97a956c52e42ec1

+ aemfvp-a-rme
  - Update Buildroot to version 2024.02.1
  - Added default sync-s="true" to sync manifests
