Add FP Special FP32 UNARY tests

Update testing to include upto rank 6 testing for floating point.
Update default test values to include +/- minimum denorm and
+- 1 for UNARY use cases.
Update SIN/COS testing to use generator test selector, stable
random and random const generation options.
