core: Print full stack trace upon exception if --verbose is present.

Some users are reporting issues setting up shrinkwrap, so add this
option to help debug. Commonly, we don't want to be too chatty, but if
something goes wrong during early startup or if the user has specified
--verbose, then let's get all the info we can.
