DO NOT MERGE: Build currently broken: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=217768 We need to wait for those libs to be released:

  • libtracefs 1.8.2
  • libtraceevent 1.8.5

Re-opened version of !2063 (closed) that was submitted with a branch from the initial gitlab import.
