lisa._assets.kmodules.lisa: Avoid unnecessary __typeof__() use in generated code

FEATURE

Reduce the use of __typeof__() in generated code for trace event formats
so that trace.dat parsers that do not handle __typeof__(<type>) such as
the LISA trace parser before support was added do not choke on the
resulting trace.
