bisector: Remove support for LISA legacy

* Remove support for xUnit-based nostest output of LISA legacy
* Keep class aliases around for a while to be able to reload old reports
(both pickle and YAML)
* Reuse "LISA-test" step name for the exekall LISA test step, since the
old behavior (lisa legacy) of that name was not widely used.
