lisa._assets.kmodules.lisa: Allow sharing lockdep class key

FEATURE

Allow statically defining lockdep class keys so that they can be shared
easily between multiple locks, in a similar fashion to the C API.

Also give a name to lock class keys so lockdep splats are more useful.
