lisa._assets.kmodules.sched_tp: tp.h: Fix use of __EVENT_FEATURE macro

The __EVENT_FEATURE macro requires additional level to get properly
expanded when used as another macro's argument.
DEFINE_EXTENDED_TP_EVENT_FEATURE macro is missing one, so provide a wrapper
to get things back in line.
