guid-tool.yaml: add a couple of non-imagetypeid

Add the EFI_FIRMWARE_MANAGEMENT_CAPSULE_ID_GUID and the
EFI_CERT_TYPE_PKCS7_GUID to our database.

Those are not meant to be used as ImageTypeId, but as they are related with
capsule update we should better be able to recognize them.
