handled the check conditions for v 3.0.1 

 * relaxation of uboot and uefi sniff logs
 * linux dump, uefi dump number of files increased as per 3.0.1
 * Checks modified for ACS DT version from IR
 * relaxation of capule update check as per latest test flow
