check-sr-results-ir1.yaml: align capsuleapp checks

Align the IR1 checks for CapsuleApp.efi with the template.

This is equivalent to what is done by commit 54065ea7
("check-sr-results.yaml: tune") on the ir1 branch for the CapsuleApp part.
