check-sr-results: use compatible strings

Extract compatible strings from Linux bindings. We do this when caching
Linux bindings and we cache the result.
Add a `--compatibles' command line option to allow specifying the command
to run for compatible strings extractions and verify its availability when
we verify all our prerequisites.
