check-sr-results-ir1.yaml: backport checks

Backport more warnings and a few error checks to the IR v1.x config file.
This is useful to analyze IR v1.x results and develop the checker.

Note: this configuration should not be used for IR v1.x certifications
anyway; the ir1 branch should be used instead.
