1. Removed the shell commands that are already covered by ACS automation

2. Update /os-logs/[distroname] [distroversion]/ section for the script of running Linux commands (linux-distro-cmds.sh).
3. Moved the requirement of collecting install and boot logs to ./os-logs/ section instead of duplicating the requirement in all OSes' sections.
