SBSA-QEMU: Explicitly specify raw format for firmware

The current version of `Run.sh` does not explicitly state the format
for `SBSA_FLASH0.fd` and `SBSA_FLASH1.fd`, which leads to a warning
when QEMU starts. Add explicit statement of raw format to silence
the warning.
