EBBR.yaml: ignore UEFI compliant warnings

We were already ignoring those tests, when they resulted in failures. They
result in warnings when running the ACS-IR; add rules to ignore those as
well.

As the parser matches only plain text (no regex) we have to duplicate the
rules.
