Adds a README file for instruction to build ACS IR live image for
32bit Arm targets.

Adds an entry build script for 32bit Arm target devices.

FWTS component is not built/embedded due to an issue the in the
build env. A script use pkg-config which get host resources while
it may be preferred to use cross-compilation toolchain resources.

The build issue reports a assertion failure:
    /usr/include/glib-2.0/glib/gtypes.h:463:3: note: in expansion of macro ‘G_STATIC_ASSERT’
       G_STATIC_ASSERT(sizeof (unsigned long long) == sizeof (guint64));

Adds a script for building Grub package for a 32bit Arm target.
Adds a specific Grub configuration file.
Grub also needs a dedicated patch unless what the EFI memory management
layer confuses reserved internal RAM and system main memory ending
i a bad computation of the main memory base address.

Updates get_source.sh common script to support fetch sources for a 32bit
arm target in which case we should fetch Linaro's 32bit cross toolchain
and not consider BSA/SBSA tests and Linux kernel patches that are
applicable only to Aarch64 targets.
