Update config to support IMX TPM

This configuration tweaks the kernel config to enable support for IMX
TPM for the Advantech TPC-100.

It also removes the 0002-Fix-for-CompuLab-IOT-GATE-iMX8-boot-issue.patch
from the kernel build which was causing USB to fail on the TPC-100.

Addition of prebuilt image v24.03_2.0.0_IMX_TPM_support
