requester: Fix invalid dbus interface 



Change the interface xyz.openbmc_project.MCTP.Control to
xyz.openbmc_project.MCTP to fit the interface exposed by mctpd.service.

Also fixed the incorrect data type from size_t to mctp_eid_t.
