Set Memory Module entity type for DIMM's

- DSP 0249 quotes, "use memory module for pre-packed
  memory devices that are used with standardized connectors,
  such as DIMMs, SD cards, and so on".

- This commit would set the entity type 66 (Memory Module) NOT
  142(Memory Chip) for the Inventory Items that implement the
  DIMM Interface.
