dreport: add active file descriptors list to the BMC dump

List all the active file descriptors to procfd.log and
append the file to the BMC dump

Tested:
cat procfd.log
/proc/1/fd/:
lrwx------    1 root     root            64 Mar 25 11:05 0 -> /dev/null
lrwx------    1 root     root            64 Mar 25 11:05 1 -> /dev/null
