The AST2600 device tree paths for the I2C buses are different than on the AST2500, so add a new set of hwmon conf files for the tacoma system that are the same as witherspoon but just in a different directory. Stopped doing CHIPS_append in the recipe since witherspoon-tacoma inherits from witherspoon it was getting all of witherspoon's conf files as well. Add new dependencies for libgpio, and remove the now missing target files from the recipe. The latest incarnation of x86 power control includes some significant changes to function, namely that libgpio is now used for interrupt/poll based changes on GPIO state changes. This allows x86 power control to maintain system power state _much_ better than the old one. Many people that have used the old one noted that the BMC would "forget" the power state, or the power state would be incorrect during periods of transition (like while doing a power cycle). Moving to libgpio seems to have resolved most of these. libgpio also has the advantage that it's more future proof than the sysfs interface, as character device seems to be the trend going forward. Also, libgpio provides RAII compliant gpio, line, and chip objects that make c++ much easier to use properly. Testing has shown that reloading the systemd daemon during the execution of the multi-user.target can cause intermittent failures. systemctl itself has special code to handle the situation when it sends the Reload command to the systemd daemon. It doubles the D-bus timeout and it also expects a disconnect, not a reply to it's sd_bus_call(). There is no need to have systemd do a daemon-reload with these services. The goal is to just prevent them from running during the next reboot of the BMC in which case systemd will be reloading the services anyway.
