By default, bmcweb limits the size of the http request body to 30MB
AMD CRBs supports flash size 128MB. This commits helps to upload
higher size images.

Tested: verified image upload greater than 30MB.

With RSA-SHA1 being deprecated, have our dropbear server also support
ECDSA and ED25519 keys.

obmcutil is currently not enabled for the x86-power-control
based host power managed boxes. This is due to obmcutil
dependency on the chassis package in PSM recipe.
This commits moves the obmcutil package dependency from
chassis -> bmc in PSM recipe to enable tool support in
PSM enabled systems.

Tested: verified build and tested on amd crb.

The output files did not have their [Match] expression rewritten. This
effectively made them incorrect and broken for the interface they were
supposed to match.

Tested: Ran on a server with migration enabled and verified the contents
of the files and ensured settings got applied correctly.

Our current regex for looking at the DNS search list for a valid
hostname is not quite correct if there is any extra space in the text
output due to the program outputting extra spaces for single item lists.

Tested: Hostname is parsing correctly again on a smartnic platform.

There will be undesirable buffering running rdisc directly from a
subshell, if we run it under `script` we will not suffer from output
buffering and instead immediately receive the printed lines from the RS
packet.

Tested: Verified on a smartnic system to prove that the address is still
set.

On all supported ASRock platforms the BIOS (host firmware) update
mechanism involves setting some GPIOs, binding a driver for an MTD flash
device, writing the image to the flash, and then undoing the setup steps
in reverse order.  The exact GPIOs involved (and some parameters of the
firmware image) vary a bit between systems; the platform-specific
differences are distilled out into some config parameters loaded from
/etc/default/bios-update.
