[bmcweb] Add DDR5 support in bmcweb

Memory Device Type support wasn't there for DDR5 type dimm.
Added code for the same as per latest SMBIOS spec DSP0134
version 3.4.0.

Tested:
Get of https://BMC-IP/redfish/v1/Systems/system/Memory/dimm

 gives
correct values.
"MemoryDeviceType": "DDR5",
"MemoryType": "DRAM"
