lisa-plot: Update to use refurbished analysis plot backends

Update to use holoviews, using the bokeh backend.

BREAKING CHANGE

--xkcd option is removed as it is not supported by bokeh.
--matplotlib-backend option is removed as it becomes irrelevant.
