 "Locking primitives:

   - Mark devm_mutex_init() as __must_check and fix drivers that didn't

   - Reorganize <linux/local_lock.h> to better expose the internal APIs

   - Remove OWNER_SPINNABLE in rwsem (Jinliang Zheng)

  Lockdep:
