um: Avoid redefining ARCH_HAS_CACHE_LINE_SIZE

There is a generic ARCH_HAS_CACHE_LINE_SIZE option introduced by
commit c2280be8 ("mm: generalize ARCH_HAS_CACHE_LINE_SIZE")
in mm/Kconfig. Select that instead.
