coresight: catu: Add ACPI support in platform driver

Drop static catu from the AMBA ACPI device list, and instead just move it
inside the ACPI devices list, to be detected and used via a new platform
driver called 'static_catu_driver'. But first this refactors captu_probe()
to create a common routine __catu_probe() to be used between both AMBA and
newly added platform driver.
