Platforms/RaspberryPi: SMBIOS minor cleanup

Minor code cleanup:
 - Update file header to list SBBR required/recommended tables
 - Rename DataSmbiosHande to DataSmbiosHandle
 - Remove SMBIOS_HANDLE_PI_RESERVED from Type 11 template for
   consistency. This is already done in LogSmbiosData().
